Yes you can always have to much, all in balance and moderation. I like to have my berries in the morning with my breakfast. I eat different antioxidants throughout the day but only a small portion with each meal. Some times skip a day here and there. You will never get immune cause we are always fighting free radicals, daily stress and pollution
