Organic is generally the better and safer choice when it comes to buying food. The higher cost of organic foods make buying only organic difficult. However, not all non-organic foods are high in pesticide contamination.
Here is a list of the foods that you should buy organic due to their high pesticide levels, and a list of the foods which you don’t necessarily need to buy organic.

This is one of my favorite snacks! It’s delicious and is also a good source of fiber and protein. I cook the edamames in their shell/pod but I don’t eat that afterward. Just pull the beans out with your teeth and leave the shell.
Ingredients
1/2 bag organic edamames (frozen, shelled)
2 tsp. healthy oil
sea salt
sesame seeds

Antioxidants also maintain the health of your skin and can help fight signs of aging.
